1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and protective packaging intact.
  • Jewelry & Blouses: Due to hygiene reasons, intimate wear items and tailored blouses can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure blouses.
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales.
  • Products showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or perfume odors.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photos or an unboxing video of the defect.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. This process usually takes 2 to 3 business days.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed:
    • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit or a direct bank transfer will be provided.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
