  • Handmade, embroidered, embellished, or handcrafted items may contain minor variations that are considered part of their unique nature and not defects.
  • All measurements and sizes are approximate.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing details before placing an order.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
  • Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched.
  • We accept payments through secure payment gateways available on our website.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

UK Shipping

  • We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £40.
  • Multiple delivery options are available at checkout, including Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Royal Mail Special Delivery services.
  • Orders placed before 7:00 AM BST (Monday–Saturday) are generally dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 7:00 AM BST, on Sundays, or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays.
  • Some products may require additional processing time before dispatch.
  • For non-guaranteed delivery services, delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date and not the order date.
  • Guaranteed delivery times apply only to Royal Mail Special Delivery services.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Delivery Liability

ThanshiCollections_UK shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, industrial action, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Sarees

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Readymade Blouses

Due to hygiene and sizing considerations, readymade blouses are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Jewellery

Jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.

Return Request Requirements

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after inspection of the returned item.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.
